Different Beat, Smell My Feet

Happy Halloweeeeeen to all but especially my different-beat shortstuff-peeps & caregivers today. If your kid is scared by Halloween... if your kid is bothered by loud noise... if your kid has mystery meltdowns... if your kid loves Halloween & talks about it a little too much or a little too loudly... if your kid flicks or flaps a "happy dance"... if your kid thinks costumes are itchy, or barely will wear a costume, or refuses to wear a costume at all, or keeps wearing a costume well into November... if your kid doesn't have words to say Trick Or Treat... if your kid tries to push past the people with candy & go into every house... if your kid doesn't have friends to trick or treat with... if your kid has allergies or a special diet and can't eat candy... if your kid would seriously get lost in the dark in a strange neighborhood among tons of strange people in weird clothes if someone wasn't holding a death-grip onto a wrist the entire time... I got special love for you today.
